1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Registration & Account Management

You are solely responsible for:

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Mm99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time with reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any login activity or wagering.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mm99 customer support team via the platform's live chat. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mm99 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from use of the platform.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the mm99 platform after any changes take effect constitutes full acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a first step before any formal legal action is taken.
